ASG SIGNS COOPERATION AGREEMENT WITH BEIJING 999

HONG KONG, July 11, 2019 — Hong Kong business aviation consulting firm Asian Sky Group (ASG) recently signed a Cooperation Agreement with Beijing Red Cross Emergency Medical Center (Beijing 999) for emergency medical flights and under this agreement, a long-haul EMS flight was conducted for a patient from China to Europe.

“As part of ASG’s range of solutions for our clients, we provide charter services which include those for emergency situations,” says ASG Managing Director, Jeffrey Lowe. “For this particular flight, ASG’s client contacted us to assist with an urgent overseas, intra-hospital transfer. To provide the reassurance and peace of mind the client needed, we provided round-the-clock, on-site assistance in Beijing for the departure to ensure the process went smoothly.”

Lowe continued: “This mission has demonstrated the efficiency and professionalism of Beijing 999 in responding to urgent flights: from filing medical evacuation flight permit applications to ensuring the earliest possible departure time, as well as providing real-time flight and patient information. Working alongside Beijing 999, the flight was successful and we are looking forward to conducting more EMS flights in the future with them.”

Beijing 999 is the first comprehensive rescue center in China, integrating rescue and disaster relief. It operates the nation’s largest Digital and Intelligent Dispatch Center, which consists of 200 emergency medical lines, two Airbus H135s, one Dassault Falcon 2000LX and a Gulfstream G550. Available 24 hours a day, Beijing 999 is capable of flying domestic and international routes.
